Position Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources functions within the organization. This role involves developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related issues.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for staff growth and skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
